The All India Federation of UCO Bank Officers (AIFUCBO) is a registered federation representing UCO Bank Officers, affiliated to the National Organisation of Bank Officers (NOBO) – Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS).
AIFUCBO works to protect Officers' legitimate rights, dignity, service conditions and welfare while promoting transparent HR policies, fair career progression and work-life balance. The Federation also supports the progress of UCO Bank and the strengthening of Public Sector Banking through constructive dialogue, systematic follow-up and responsible representation.
